Why Download for Offline Listening
Downloading programs gives you freedom and flexibility:
- Listen during flights, road trips, or commutes without Wi Fi or cellular data
- Avoid interruptions from poor network coverage
- Save mobile data usage when streaming is not practical
- Access your transformation tools whenever and wherever you need them
How to Download Programs for Offline Listening
Follow these steps to download content:
- Log in to the Breakthrough app using your account credentials
- From the Welcome screen, select the program you want to download
- At the top of the track list, tap Download all audio tracks with the cloud icon to download the entire program at once
- To download individual days or sections, tap the cloud icon next to each specific title
- Confirm the download when prompted and use Wi Fi when possible to save mobile data
Download Status Indicators
You can track your download progress with these visual cues:
- A cloud icon means the content is not downloaded yet
- A partially filled rectangle means the download is in progress
- A fully white rectangle means the content is downloaded and ready for offline use
How to Clear or Delete Offline Downloads
To free up storage space on your device:
- Log in to the Breakthrough app
- Tap the gear or wheel icon in the top right corner
- Select Clear Offline Tracks
- Choose the program you want to remove
- Confirm by tapping Clear Tracks
If no tracks are downloaded, the Clear Offline Tracks option will not appear.
What to Expect
Once downloaded, your programs are available instantly without any internet connection. You can play, pause, skip, and control playback just like streaming, but with complete independence from network access.
If You Experience Download Issues
If downloads fail or do not complete:
- Ensure you have sufficient storage space on your device
- Connect to a stable Wi Fi network
- Try downloading individual tracks instead of the entire program
- Restart the app and try again
If issues persist, submit a request to Client Services with your device details and a description of the issue.
