How to Restore Purchases in the Breakthrough App

Purpose This article explains how to restore your Breakthrough programs on a new device or after reinstalling the app so you can regain access to your content quickly and continue your progress without interruption.

When to Use This Process

Restore purchases whenever you need to recover your programs:

• After installing the app on a new iPhone or Android device
• After uninstalling and reinstalling the Breakthrough app
• When your purchased programs do not appear in Your Courses
• When switching from one device to another

How to Restore Purchases on Any Device

Follow these steps to bring your programs back:

• Open the Breakthrough app and sign in with the same email and password you used for your original purchase
• Tap the gear or wheel icon at the top of the screen to open Settings
• Select Restore Purchases from the menu
• The app will automatically add eligible programs back to Your Courses within moments

What to Do If Your Program Is Still Missing

If your program is missing or inaccessible after restoring, complete this quick reset:

• Uninstall the Breakthrough app from your device completely
• Reinstall the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Sign in using the same email and password as your Tony Robbins account
• On iPhone, tap Done on the keyboard first, then tap Sign In on the screen
• Tap the gear or wheel icon at the top of the screen to open Settings
• Select Restore Purchases

Your Breakthrough program should appear under Your Courses once the restore is complete.

What to Expect After Restoring

Your programs will reappear in Your Courses and you can resume exactly where you left off. The app saves your last listening position automatically so your progress continues seamlessly.
