Frozen Video or Black Screen
If your video freezes or the screen goes black:
- Refresh your browser or rejoin the session
- Close unnecessary apps or tabs to free up system resources
- Switch browsers if the problem continues (Chrome is recommended)
- Switch devices if available
Buffering or Freezing
If the stream is buffering or freezing repeatedly:
- Use a stable internet connection (wired connection is best)
- Move closer to your router if using Wi-Fi
- Reduce other network usage (pause downloads, streaming on other devices)
- Lower video quality settings if available
- Close background apps that use internet bandwidth
Disconnected from the Event
If you get disconnected from the event:
- Rejoin immediately using your original access link
- Update Zoom to the latest version if you are a VIP attendee

Audio Issues
If you cannot hear the event or audio is cutting out:
- Check your device volume and ensure it is not muted
- Test your speakers or headphones with another application

Cannot Access the Event Link
If your event link is not working:
- Verify you are using the correct link from your confirmation email
- Clear your browser cache and cookies and try again
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Check if the event has started (links go live shortly before the event begins)
- Contact Client Experience if the link still does not work
Zoom Issues for VIP Attendees
If you are having trouble with Zoom:
- Update Zoom to the latest version before the event
- Test your Zoom connection in advance using a test meeting
- Check that your firewall is not blocking Zoom
- Ensure you are logged in with the email used for registration
- Remember: VIP Zoom access supports one device only
Closed Captions Not Appearing
If closed captions are not displaying:
- YouTube: Click the CC button at the bottom of the video player
- Zoom: Click the Closed Caption button in the Zoom toolbar
- Refresh your browser if captions do not appear after enabling them
