Translation Services Information
Translation services are available for purchase to enhance your event experience.

How to Access Translated Audio
If you have purchased translation for the event, follow these steps:
- Download the Interactio app
- Complete registration the week of the event
- Receive event dashboard access after registration
- Get the unique Interactio code from the event page
- Enter the code in the Interactio app to access translated audio
Downloading the Interactio App
Download the Interactio app using this link: Interactio App Download
The app is available for both iOS and Android devices.
Download and install the app before the event begins to ensure you are ready for day one.
Navigating the Event Dashboard in Spanish or German
Once registered, you can access your Dashboard in your preferred language.
How to Access Your Dashboard:
- Use the registration reminder email link (this becomes the event dashboard link post-registration)
- Go to the event page in the Member Portal and click Visit Your Dashboard
How to Switch to Spanish or German:
- Click the blue Change Language button located at the bottom left of your Dashboard
- Select Spanish or German from the available options
Your Dashboard will update to display in your selected language.
Locating Your Interactio Code
Your unique Interactio code is required to access translated audio.
Where to Find Your Code:
- The Interactio code is available in the Translation section of your Dashboard under the Main tab
- If you do not see your code, click the Client Services Booth button for assistance
You will need this code to connect the Interactio app to your event.
Best Setup for Translation
We recommend using two devices for the optimal translation experience:
Primary Device (Laptop or Desktop):
- Use this device to watch the event
- Keep your video connection stable and clear
Secondary Device (Phone or Tablet):
- Use this device to listen to the translation via the Interactio app
- Keep your device charged throughout the event
If You Do Not Have a Second Device:
You can listen to the translation through any browser at meeting.interactio.com/listen
This allows you to access both the video and audio on the same device.
Preparation Tips for Translation Users
To ensure a smooth experience:
- Download and test the Interactio app before the event begins
- Confirm you have your unique Interactio code saved
- Charge your secondary device fully
- Use headphones or earbuds for clear audio
- Test your setup before day one starts
